* Puerto Rico House of Representatives
* Senior consultant tasked with managing one-year network
reengineering project to provide more reliable service, reduce
latency, and improve security. Analyzed LAN and WAN to determine
what were the major problems and improvements needed to be made to
network infrastructure and security. Successfully implemented the
backbone design as per prior assessment, a network management
platform for monitoring outages and system performance, and a
network security platform with the capacity of administering
Internet services and VPN capabilities for remote access. Project
scope encompassed installation, management, and configuration of
all Windows-based servers including digital encoders for Internet
web casting of legislative sessions. Completed project on schedule
and in accordance with requirements.

Liberty Cablevision
* Provided a Network Management platform to detect, diagnose, and
resolve network outages and performance issues on an ISP platform.
This solution provided the capacity to proactively monitor all ISP
resources and client activity in real-time increasing uptime to
99% and client satisfaction to 90%, while representing an 80%
savings over the closest competitive proposal.
