*Provide technical support for the USCG Logistics Information Management System
(LIMS)
*Coordinate, schedule and facilitate meetings for USCG clients, vendors and cont
ractor support personnel using excel and MS Project spreadsheets.
*Organize off-site client meetings-manage all facets of meeting preparation and
presentation. Establish meeting objectives, inspect meeting site and negotiate w
ith suppliers of materials, food, and entertainment.
*Provide life-cycle management technical support and planning for all aspects of
Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
*Provide direct support to USCG Captain and Program Management Office (PMO) -rec
ommend processes and procedures to achieve PMO functions efficiently and effecti
vely.
*Plan and develop acquisition documentation, including Configuration Management
Plan (CMP) and Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) in compliance with Major S
ystem Acquisition Material (MSAM).
*Provide research, collect, analyze, and validate data to develop briefings and
presentations, develop presentations and provide necessary tools for presenting
the data, and assist with actual presentations.
* Develop and maintain Integration Master Schedule (IMS).
