Responsibilities include creating and maintaining relationships with

Supervisors and all of the County's agencies, the California Coastal
Commission, the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy, the City of
Malibu and various community organizations. In addition to community
relations, the responsibilities include preparation of all documents,

Client a" BioRealty, Inc.
Project Manager representing the facility owner for the development
of a unique biotech drug manufacturing plant. The $22 million project
includes the purchase of a 73,000 square foot warehouse building and
then fitting out a 32,000 square foot manufacturing facility that
includes a class 100 (ISO 5) clean room that can fill finished
product vials at 2 degrees Celsius. Currently we know of no other
facility in the U.S. that can achieve filling at this low
temperature. The facility also has 13,000 square feet of modular
clean space at ISO 7 and ISO 8. The facility is equipped with a
mission critical stand-by power system.

Professional Surveyor, subdivision mapping, easement analysis and
preparation of legal descriptions, exhibit preparation, parcel maps
and parcel map waivers, construction calculations, boundary analysis
and preparation of legal descriptions, topographic surveys, ALTA
surveys, view easements, boundary surveys, construction staking, cell
tower location, high tide line analysis and aerial mapping.

MIT 100, Cambridge, MA, Assisted in programming, budget develop
engineering, contract negotiations and relations with the community.
Organized operational permit acquisition plan and assisted in
acquiring water, sewer and air pollution permits. Negotiated routes
for redundant fiber optic routes through the City of Cambridge so
that there is no potential for a single point of failure to both
lines. Organized EMF studies to verify that equipment such as NMR's,
MRI's and other sensitive equipment would not be impaired by the
buildings structural, electrical or mechanical systems.
Necco, Cambridge MA, Assisted in programming, budget development,
value engineering, and contract negotiations. Responsible for
resolving all Qualifications and Assumptions during contractor
negotiations. Developed the plan and negotiated the contracts,
working with the Novartis legal staff, to purchase steam from a new
supplier as opposed to the local supplier, breaking a long monopoly
and saving more than $1 million per year in operational costs.
Organized initial operational permit acquisition plan. Organized EMF
studies to verify that equipment such as NMR's, MRI's and other
sensitive equipment would not be impaired by the buildings
structural, electrical or mechanical systems. Negotiated routes for
redundant fiber optic routes through the City of Cambridge so that
there is no potential for a single point of failure to both lines.
Working with Novartis users developed an active isolation solution
for the NMR installation. Worked with Novartis HSE to review
operational and permit issues. Assisted Novartis with approvals from
the National Park Service to preserve a large tax credit for
adaptively reusing the Necco building.

Amgen.

Project Leader, Developed and implemented unique "HyperTrack"
project delivery system, saving more than 18 months and adding more
than $60 million in asset value for the CRC project.

Project Leader, Boulder, CO: Worked closely with City and State
officials to obtain approval for 318,000 sq. ft. biotechnology
manufacturing facility over a ten year period. The first project was
a $60 million facility upgrade and addition of recovery, purification
and administration space.

Project Leader, Longmont, CO: completed land acquisition due
diligence, master planning and lead negotiations for supply of all
utilities of 72 acres for a $270 million, 1 million sq. ft.
biotechnology manufacturing campus, including all entitlements and
permits. Negotiated acquisition of redundant fiber optic service to
the site. Negotiated for 115 KV electrical service with redundant
transformers and stand-by transformers stored off-site.

Project Leader, Longmont, CO: acquired an adjoining 170 acres,
master planned 5 million sq. ft. of biotechnology manufacturing
campus and entitled the site.

Project Leader, City and State Incentives: City "donated" $5 million
electrical substation, including 1.5 miles of underground cabling,
acquisitions of city-owned land, represented Amgen at State, City
Council and Planning Board hearings, secured building approvals from
the FAA, expedited building permits, and negotiated long-term
electrical energy supply contracts.

Thousand Oaks, CA: represented Amgen at City Council and Planning
Commission meetings, negotiated all approvals for the implementation
of a master planned 3.8 million sq. ft. of laboratory, office and
manufacturing space, including 41 buildings.
