* Successfully managed 20 retail stores located in Ohio, Pa, and Maryland.
* Recorded quality store audits ensuring employee performance, store operations
safety and all company policies are being enforced.
* Responsible for total store operations, including HR, P&L, Loss prevention, st
ore standards, merchandising, held great relations with the buyers to make sure
the areas had what was needed in order to sell the most effectively.
* Responsible to hire and train new management to be successful.
* My district continues to be number one in sales increase over LY since I took
over as DM in 2007.
* I have had one store manager under me promoted to DM per my suggestion. Many
sales associated promoted to management. I also have a low turnover rate below
company standards.

* District Manager provided direction for 4 Area Managers, with 60 stores and ea
ch store carried one manager and a staff. Ensure a success in demo work at the G
iant Eagle stores located in Ohio and Pa.
* Recorded quality store audits ensuring employee performance, created track rec
ords to provide Giant Eagle managers the success of demos with sale numbers. Hel
d great relations with Giant Eagle employees. Provided safety to customers and e
mployees.
* I also was the Special Event Coordinator with Giant Eagle. I successfully org
anized all events from food shows to Race for the cure in Ohio and Pa.
* I organized and created programs to train in a more effective way for the dist
rict. We carried 100% in all executions of the demos that were to be completed
on a weekly basis.
* I always made sure that Giant Eagle was well represented to the community and
that all events were completed successfully.

* Recorded quality store audits ensuring employee performance and motivating to
have great sales increase.
* I began as an Assistant Manager and was promoted to DM within 7 years. I work
ed at store level building customer relations to promote higher sales. I am very
customer oriented and had a great staff that I developed and promoted throughou
t the years.
* Made interventional ways to increase sales created a board game for each store
they loved that. Gave small gifts to the most outstanding employee monthly, an
d I love inspiring people to succeed.
* For the majority of the time I worked I also carried a full time schedule in c
ollege.
