To Place An Order: Please call, fax or email your sales representative. Call our corporate office toll free at
1-800-295-6318 or 1-866-PLEASER, Monday-Friday 8:15 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). You can
also fax us toll free at 1-800-218-3830 or email us at sales@pleaserusa.com for domestic inquires and
int-sales@pleaserusa.com for international inquiries. For 24-hour access, please order online at
www.pleaserusa.com.
Proof of Business Entity: In order to be a reseller of Pleaser USA, Inc. products, you must provide a valid Federal
Tax Id number (for all U.S.-based businesses). California businesses must also submit a copy of a valid Sellers
Permit. International businesses must provide the appropriate business license documentation.
Order Minimum: The minimum wholesale requirement for your initial order is $500.00. Re-order minimum is
$100.00. If re-order minimum is not met, orders will be subject to a $5.00 service charge. For drop ship orders,
there is no minimum required after the initial order. To qualify for the minimum order, merchandise can be from
all brands of Pleaser USA footwear (PLEASER®, DEMONIA®, LUCIOUS®, FUNTASMA®, DEVIOUS®,
BORDELLO® and PIN UP COUTURE®).
Prices: Prices are NET and are subject to change without notice. All merchandise (original and backorders) will
be billed at the prevailing prices at the time of shipment.
Payments: The following payment methods are accepted: C.O.D. cashier’s check or money order, and all major
credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) for both international and domestic customers.
International customers may also pay with electronic funds wire transfer or PayPal.
Bounced Checks: A $25 fee will apply on each check returned for insufficient funds.
Returns: No returns will be accepted without authorization. Returns shall only be accepted for defects or
non-conformity with order. Please note: WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS; we will only exchange returned
merchandise or issue a Credit Memo of the dollar amount within thirty (30) business days. For return
authorization or our full return policies and procedures, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Claims: We do not accept claims on used goods. All claims for discrepancies and shipping errors must be made in
writing within ten (10) days of receipt of goods, with the invoice number and reasons stated. All claims for carton
damage/breakage must be made directly with the shipping courier.
Cancellations: Pleaser USA, Inc. will allow customers to cancel an order within 24 hours after the order was
placed but before it was shipped. Any cancellations of orders after that will result in a 10% re-stocking charge.
Backorders: Any item on a customer’s order that is not shipped will be automatically placed on backorder unless
advised otherwise. Backorders not shipped within ninety (90) days are automatically canceled.
Clearance, Sale, Overstock, and Discontinued Items: All sales of clearance, sale, overstock, and discontinued
items are FINAL.
Intellectual Properties: Unless otherwise stated, all images, works of authorship (text) and artwork (collectively
known as “Creative Elements”) found in our catalogs, on our website, or in advertising/promotional materials
are the exclusive intellectual properties of Pleaser USA, Inc. The use of these Creative Elements requires our
advance approval. Images on disc or through our FTP site may be provided to our existing customers upon their
completion of our Image Release Agreement for the exclusive purpose of selling Pleaser USA, Inc. products.
