DESCRIPTION OF THE LEARNER

The learners are patients seeking medical attention at Emergency Department, Trauma Section at Baguio General Hospital
and Medical Center. Mostly all patients can speak and understand Ilokano and Tagalog. Pamphlets are used to facilitate teaching
and learning.

II. LEARNING NEED
