Summary
Mr. Michael Lynott has more than 20 years of IT experience, 11 of which are conc
entrated in project management, business development and Proposal Management dis
ciplines. He holds a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, a M.B.A. with

COTS packages, peripherals, telecommunications equipment and personal digital as
sistants (PDA). He analyzed requirements, costs, and risks and developed recomm
endations and solutions for the CIO. During his tenure with the Department of E
nergy Mr. Lynott was responsible for the management of SLA's, Infrastructure sup
port and maintenance, end user experience and overall stakeholder acceptance and
satisfaction. His 10 years of Active USAF provided the foundation for excellen
ce and core Mainframe experience in both the secure and non-secure environments.
His deep-rooted knowledge of core hardware and software has enabled his dynami

Mr. Lynott currently is the sole capture manager and VP of Business development
for Evergreen ITS. He is a Project Manager working on a USDA contract within th
e PMO, responsible for the oversight and execution of a span of IT Support Servi
ce areas which include, Rural Development (RD), Farm Service Agency (FSA), Natur
al Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and migrating the Foreign Agricultural
Service (FAS) into the Infrastructure Governance Division (IGD). As a Senior Pr
oject / Program manager Mr. Lynott is responsible for coordination of all sub pr
ojects into the Master integrated schedule, reports to senior leadership and Spo
nsoring organization on financial expenditures and overall project / program sta
tus. Update and Maintain the SharePoint collaboration site. Mr. Lynott is also

s within the United States Intelligence Community. He updated the master projec

He analyzed requirements, costs, risks and developed recommendations and soluti
ons to the CIO. He developed, modified, and enforced service level agreements w
hich specified the relationship between the systems and services within the CIO'

ntegration and refresh effort in telecommunications infrastructure, the inventor
