tomotive, and educational fields. My project management skills have crossed the
automotive, educational, and general manufacturing disciplines. I have written,
and awarded bid packages based on AIA, ANSI, and the clients requirements. I hav

Responsibilities included project management, procurement of contracts, verifica
tion, and review of bid packages, specifications and shop drawings. Had respons
ibility for the operations of the general contractor on one high school, three m
iddle schools, and two elementary schools. Project Value = $90,000,000.

Responsibilities included writing bid packages and job specifications for facili
ties work to be done during new construction and plant summer shutdown. The fac
ility work included fire protection replacement program, concrete work, glycol p
iping replacement, HVAC replacement program, and miscellaneous steel. Had respo
nsibility for the contracts through the bidding and awarding process and supervi
sion of the contractors during the project construction phase.
