Your Twin Stim unit is preset for Rate (100) and Width (70) settings to give you maximum clinical
benefit. For pain relief and nerve stimulation, TENS has the following 5 settings -

N - Normal (steady flow - also good for general pain relief)
M - Modulation (mixes burst and normal mode - good for longer use)
SD1 - Strength Duration (alters width and rate automatically - comfortable for longer term use)
SD2 - Strength Duration 2 (same as SD1 - just a little stronger)

Use Burst for 5-30 minutes at a time - mix up other TENS modes for up to hours at a time

Warning - The TENS unit is not to be used with a pacemaker. Do not use on face, head, front of neck
