PROVIDENCE HEALTH SYSTEMS (JULY 2008-APRIL 2009)
ï µ Placed as principal architect and project lead to architect solutions for the mi
gration effort of replacing the FileNet legacy system and transition to MOSS.
ï µ Installed and configured MOSS in all environments for migration transition, whic
h included Content Type, Record Center and Document Library configuration. Set u
p security configuration, including custom C# EventReceivers in SharePoint for e
ntitlements. This migration included involvement of KnowledgeLake software that
assisted in the conversion of the metadata.
ï µ Worked with the Enterprise team to design and migrate existing Healthcare record
s over to MOSS. This included the move of over 50 million documents, converting
and massaging metadata
ï µ Provided technical support and mentoring, code reviews and extensive functional
and technical documentation for the migration and SharePoint architecture.

ï µ Performed an In-Place upgrade for existing SharePoint environment from SharePoin
t Services 2.0 to MOSS. Incorporated existing templates for the SharePoint site
to be transitioned to the new version.
ï µ Created extensive documentation for Wyndham to be able to use a company standard
for the purpose of upgrading other SharePoint 2.0 systems. Mentored team in re
gards to the process of SharePoint upgrades and procedures.

ï µ Provided support as a project lead and principal Architect for the Account Trans

MANNATECH, INC. 2007-2009
ï µ Participated as a Lead Developer/Architect in the redesign of the company’s interna
ional website. The redesigned website was in 10 different languages and the cont
ent was managed through .Net Localization.
ï µ Created and automated the build process in C# to push out new builds for the web
site using Team Foundation Server. Moreover, used SQL Server 2005 Reporting Serv
ices to generate build reports and statistics for IT and Marketing department.
ï µ Developed a process that encrypted all configuration files for the website’s sensit
ve connection and security information.
ï µ Took part in designing and developing the order and email process for the websit
e using SQL Server 2005 Service Broker as the queue to send information via a WS
G service to the JDE backend.
ï µ Was the sole administrator for the Production environment, supporting the TFS ro
les, Application Cluster Tool, debugging, site administration, and setup. In add
ition to providing code reviews and standards and business practices for the web
site.

PIER 1 IMPORTS, INC. (2001-2005)
ï µ Was the lead developer for BizTalk development of the Real-Time Inventory System
. Also, developed custom installation scripts and MSI files for BizTalk deployme
nt and .Net components for the project.
ï µ Company took part in the BizTalk 2004 beta partner and I was delegated as the li
aison with Microsoft for resolving BizTalk issues. Helped find over 30 hotfixes
for BizTalk 2004.
ï µ Solely developed the Furniture Tags application with ASP.Net that gave the abili
ty to the Marketing department to custom build furniture tags and preview them b
efore being sent for printing.
ï µ Created and developed the highly visible Customer Order Tracking application in
.Net to give the ability for the company to track orders after they were purchas
ed to know exactly what stage in the process they were.
ï µ Used Visio 2003 to design BizTalk flowcharts, ERD diagrams, User interaction and
other documentation needed for projects.
ï µ Duties performed as part of the lead developer included writing serializable C#
DLLs , maintaining/administrating Visual Source Safe, application distribution p
rocedures, creating DTS packages via SQL Server to transmit bulk data and data c
onversions. Moreover, wrote SQL Server 2000 stored procedures and triggers to in
teract with BizTalk 2004. Designed XML messages and XSD schemas to be used with
BizTalk 2004.

VERIZON (2001)
ï µ Participated in the Sales, Tracking, Analysis and Trending (STAT) group as a lea
d developer on the development of replacing the outdated legacy system.
ï µ Functionality of the project designed would access a FTP server to return numero
us reports in multiple formats. Created a custom security interface with ASP int
erfacing with a VB/COM+ backed that would allow users to login and access sensit
ive data in the system. Moreover, wrote VB classes and objects that were used fo
r data polling.
ï µ The STAT application received Verizon’s Golden Award for most productive and best a
plication for Verizon’s corporate internal applications in 2001.
