9 Login Master:
We can login with different type of users to keep business privacy or security as:
•
Administrator: has full rights to use/work with complete software in each
& every module and application.
• Operator: can work for purchase, receipt, Issue, job, challan and invoice
forms.
• General user: rights from company to tax master forms. including on job,
challan and invoice forms.
9 Client Master:
9 Vender Master:
Vender Master manages the all complete and required information about of venders as
name, address, contact numbers email, Payment Outstanding and other details. By the
software users efficiently save new/modify/search and can be deleted those information
about the vender/suppliers which are not under transaction.
9 Employee Master:
This Master works for the employees for new/previous/existing employee with their
complete details department/designation/work profile/city & state, also manage save
new/modify/search and can be deleted those are not under in transaction.
9 Media Master:
Advertising organizations are one of the best source of media; in the same stream media
master maintains the complete details of media items for the advertising organizations as
hoardings boards, star flex and sun packs etc….
9 Item Master:
This Application of AdSys OnDemand manages the record every type of items,
maintains their measurement, charge will be held on according to per unit & for

9 Job Master:
If the particular party/client offers to the organization the same type of job time to time, it
can be save by the job master and just single click the all previous record will in front of
us of about the particular client, all related details of his/her order
9 Tax Master:
By the Tax Module, software maintains the complete record each & every type of taxes
(VAT, CST, LST etc…) related to advertising organization’s item. AdSys Software, by
default shows the total cost of the particular item along with invoice and tax, which
tax/taxes enable for the item separately.
9 Purchase Orders:
AdSys Software of HRSS provides the flexibility to handle the management in a very
efficient manner also manage the details of purchase order numbers, date of purchasing, a
purchase order can be issue for single vender/multi venders, maintains each & every
detail related to the purchasing items as the name of the item, quantity, total invoice
amount, per unit amount, with the clarification all types of taxes which will be chargeable
etc…..
Through the Receipt Details, we can manage easily the whole record of those items
whatever purchased by us along with their invoice details as, product details, quantity,
quality, from where have purchased the items, with the date of purchasing & total invoice
amount etc…...
By the Issue Details, issue details record can be manage in a very well-organized manner
regarding production’s orders as what is/was the total quantity & quality of the particular
items for the particular organization, quantity of production which has been made up and
the pending quantity of the items with their payment status/ invoice details.
This application maintains the order’s record which are providing by the
customers/clients to the organization. These details will manage as – order getting date,
name of item (Flex, Neon, Vinyl, Back Lit Board etc..), its measurement, single location
or multi locations, dispatch address, date of deadline (to complete the order), amount per
unit, total cost for the production, which tax will be chargeable (VAT, CST. LST etc).
Software also provides the facility to take the print of all these details.
The advertising organizations have to issue the challan against the productions whereas
mentioned the complete details of the items by default from the software with just few
clicks as issuing date of challan, name of item, challan issued by employee/others),
challan issued to (company/client), dispatch address of the items, total quantity of order,
total cost of the product along with their tax which will be chargeable. By the software
we become to know how to provide the challan to client/company by Courier/Person/
Vehicle or any other way.
9 Invoice Details:
By the few clicks, software automatically issues the particular Invoice on the behalf of
particular Challan number where mentioned the complete details whatever already
existed in Challan as total quantity of the items, total invoice amount along with
tax/taxes, which will be chargeable.
9 Multiple Reports:
• Sales Report: This report gives the complete details about to generate the
business/leads by the executive or the sales department for the company, on the
behalf of sales report the organization can give the incentive to promote the
business by the employees, and also can be search the sales record from between
to date by all sales executive or the selected sales executive.
• Item Report: It has the complete record to produce the item; production of the
item against of the company/client, measurement, quantity, date – to get the order,
total invoice amount, tax/taxes which will be chargeable, for more flexibility
users can search production of items for all companies/the selected companies/
clients, from date to till date, etc…..
• Payment Report: Through this report the organization maintains the complete
paid record by the company/organization to its suppliers or the venders, for the
• item, against to supplier or the vender, total invoice, total paid amount, also show
if the remaining amount is available, this is a very effortless software to know the
company’s paid/payment record as user can check the payment record for
all/selected suppliers/venders, from date to till date by just a single click etc.
• Receipt Report: Receipt report maintains the complete record of received
amount, to the company/organization to its clients or customers, for the item, with
the measurement, total invoice along with the tax/taxes, total received amount,
total remaining amount, this is a very efficient software to know the company
9 Control Panel:
Access right at module and function level allow for control and accountability.
