L’allungamento in condizioni normali di utilizzo è molto basso per il poliestere, ai carichi massimi di lavoro si ha circa il 3% di allungamento.

Tessitura
Il nastro utilizzato dalla Sirtef è tessuto uniformemente con fili continui della stessa fibra, ad alta tenecità, termofissati come prescritto
dalla norma ISO 1833 e resistenti al degrado causato dai raggi ultravioletti.
Tutti i fili concorrenti alla resistenza del nastro hanno le stesse caratteristiche tecniche.
Weaving
The webbing that Sirtef uses is weaved evenly with continuous fiber yarns having the same high tenacity, thermo-fixed in compliance
with ISO 1833, and resistant to deterioration caused by UV rays.
All yarns constituting the resistance of the webbing have the same technical specifications.
Accorgimenti
Non usare mai i tiranti in presenza di calore oltre i 100°C
Proteggere le parti che lavorano sugli spigoli
Non trascinare i tiranti su superfici ruvide
Non passare sopra i tiranti con mezzi di trasporto (carrelli, ecc,)
I tiranti debbono essere conservati in ambienti all’ombra
Le zone di cucitura non debbono essere piegate o schiacciate all’atto del sollevamento
Precautions
Never use the straps with temperatures over 100°C
Protect the corner areas
Do not drag the slings over rough surfaces
Do not run over the slings with fork-lift truck (carts, etc,)
Sling must be kept in the shade
Seam areas must not be bent or flattened during lifting
Larghezza e tolleranze
La larghezza nominale deve essere scelta con preferenza tra le seguenti dimensioni (misurate senza tensione):
25 - 35 - 50 - 60 - 90 - 120 - 150 - 180 - 240 - 300 mm.
Altre misure possono essere scelte di comune accordo tra le parti interessate.
Salvo diversamente specificato, le tolleranze sulle larghezze nominali scelte devono essere le seguenti:
+/- 10% per larghezze uguali o minori di 100 mm.;
+/- 8% per larghezze maggiori di 100 mm.
Salvo diversamente specificato, la tolleranza sulla lunghezza nominale di una braca tesa a mano, senza tensione apprezzabile, su di
una superficie piana, è del +/-3%.

Width and tolerance

Nominal width must be chosen preferably among the following dimensions (measured with no pulling tension applied):
25 - 35 - 50 - 60 - 90 - 120 - 150 - 180 - 240 - 300 mm.
Other measures can be agreed upon by the parties.
Except otherwise specified, the tolerance of selected nominal width must be the following:
+/- 10% for width equal or smaller than 100 mm;
+/- 8% for width greater than 100 mm
Except otherwise specified, the tolerance on nominal length of a sling pulled manually over a flat surface, without relevant tension, is
+/-3%.
Marcatura
La marcatura da noi apposta permette di identificare:
1. il materiale costituente il nastro secondo UNI 8025 adottando la seguente sigla PES per la fibra poliestere;
2. la portata di sicurezza in esercizio dell’imbragatura nelle varie configurazioni ammesse;
3. il fornitore;
4. l’anno e il mese di fabbricazione;
5. codice di rintracciabilità.
Altre informazioni possono essere marcate previo accordo tra le parti.

Le informazioni sopra elencate sono da noi riportate su di una etichetta cucita direttamente sulla braga in maniera durevole e visibile
durante le condizioni di uso normale.
I seguenti colori di etichetta facilitano il riconoscimento della qualità del nastro utilizzato per la braga:

Marking
Our marking allows identifying:
1. the material of which the band is made as per UNI 8025 by adopting the PES mark for polyester fiber;
2. the safety capacity during lifting operations in various allowed configurations;
3. the supplier;
4. the year and month of manufacturing;
5. trace code.
Additional information can be added to the marking upon agreement between the parties. The information listed above is applied to a
long lasting label stitched directly on the sling and visible also during standard conditions of operation.
The following label colors facilitate recognition of the quality of webbing used for the sling:

Materiale:
La costruzione di un tirante è costituita da un filato multifilamento che porta il carico e da un rivestimento di protezione. In funzione
dell’applicazione i tiranti ULTRALIFT sono disponibili in tre diverse versioni. Il filato multifilamento è sempre fatto con il 100% di filati
Dyneema® ed i rivestimenti di protezione sono disponibili in tre versioni. La prima versione ha il rivestimento di protezione in Techlon
(speciale tessuto in poliestere UNITEX), che ha una resistenza contro l’abrasione di gran lunga superiore a quella del poliestere normale
(ulpe).
Il secondo è un rivestimento di protezione UTRAPROTECT per un servizio leggero (ulld) e l’ultimo è un ULTRAPROTECT per servizio
pesante (ulhd). Tutti i rivestimenti di protezione ULTRAPROTECT sono realizzati con fibre Dyneema®. (vedi ULTRAPROTECT).
Material:
The construction of a sling is divided into the load bearing core and a protection sleeve. dependent on the application ULTRALIFT slings
are available in three different constructions. The core is always made with 100% Dyneema® yarns and the protection sleeves are
available in three versions. The first version is a Techlon (special woven polyester by uniTex) protection sleeve which has a far better
resistance against abrasion than normal polyester (ulpe). The second protection sleeve is an ULTRAPROTECT light duty (ulld) and the
last is an ULTRAPROTECT heavy duty protection sleeve (ulhd). All ULTRAPROTECT protection sleeves are made with Dyneema® fibres.
(see ULTRAPROTECT).

Applicazione:
I tiranti tondi ULTRALIFT con rivestimento di protezione per servizio pesante (ulhd) sono stati appositamente sviluppati per applicazioni
come sollevatori di coils. In questa applicazione la resistenza al taglio e all’abrasione è importante.
I tiranti tondi ULTRALIFT con rivestimento di protezione per servizio leggero (ulld) sono stati sviluppati per applicazioni dove sono ri-
chieste resistenza all’abrasione e flessibilità. I tiranti tondi ULTRALIFT con un rivestimento di protezione in Techlon sono stati sviluppati
per servizi dove l’abrasione è minore.

Application:
ULTRALIFT round slings with a heavy duty protection sleeve (ulhd) are specially developed for applications like coil lifting. in this appli-
cation the cut and abrasion resistance is important.
ULTRALIFT round slings with a light duty protection sleeve (ulld) are developed for applications where resistance to abrasion and flexi-
bility is required. ULTRALIFT round slings with a Techlon protection sleeve are developed were abrasion is less relevant.
ULTRALIFT round slings are exceptional suitable for repetitive lifting jobs. Due to the maximum strength combined with the minimum
weight, cost reductions will be achieved by spending less hours on rigging, less workers to rig, less back and hand injuries, a.o.

Cinghie
Il tirante è composto da una cinghia in poliestere ad alta tenacità. Questa cinghia, particolarmente studiata è leggera, facile da usare,
imputrescibile e resistente alle escoriazioni (abrasioni). Ha inoltre una eccellente tenuta all’allungamento.
La cinghia è messa sotto tensione per mezzo di un “tenditore a scatto” (due lunghezze di cinghia per tirante) o a mezzo di un argano
fisso (sul quale è avvolta una sola lunghezza di cinghia).
Le lunghezze devono essere specificate per ogni tipo di tirante.
Straps
The band is constituted of a high tenacity polyester strap. This especially designed strap is light weight, easy to use, rot-proof and
abrasion resistant. Additionally, it has excellent resistance to elongation.
The strap is pulled through a “click-lock strap puller” (two straps lengths) or through a fixed winch (on which only one strap length
is rolled up).
Lengths must be specified for each type of strap.
Tenditore a scatto

Click-lock ratchet
Straps with a click-lock ratchet are suitable for any type of load and the ratchet pullers can be used in various positions.
The locking system is particularly comfortable even in critical conditions.
The sliding portion, in hardened steel, is designed to hold as much strap as possible. Locking is performed through a bolt that sim-
plifies the change of band.

Load Protection
Replaceable sleeves in high resistance tubular straps (available in 40-60-80 cm lengths) can be places between the load and the
straps in order to protect the protruding portions of the load particularly subjected to friction. For the most delicate and exposed cor-
ners of the load, instead, rigid plastic angle protectors are available.

Prodotto per il sollevamento che unisce le classiche fasce poliestere realizzate in accordo alla EN 1492-1 e piastre di sollevamento progettate secondo EN 13155. Le
piastre posa tubi sono progettate per poter posare chilometri e chilometri di “pipeline” in qualsiasi condizione atmosferica e su qualsiasi terreno. Le piastre, realizzate
in acciaio, sono corredate di perni filettati dotati di dado e copiglia che permettono di aprire la piastra e inserire l’asola della fascia piatta in modo semplice e veloce. Le
piastre sono disponibili in diverse taglie 10, 20, 30 e 40 t ma esiste anche la possibilità di personalizzarle al fine di venire incontro all’uso richiesto dall’utente finale.
Pipeline Laying Plates

Tools designed and used for lifting by combining the classic polyester sling made according to EN 1492-1 with two lifting plates made in according to EN 13155.
Pipeline Laying Plate have got the main purpose of laying miles and miles of pipeline under any weather and soil conditions. Those plates are made of steel and
equipped by headed bolts with nuts and cotter pin that allow to open the plate and place the sling on it very easily and quickly and also to verify the plates. This kind
of Plates is available in various sizes 10, 20, 30 and 40 t and can be even customized in order to meet specific client requirements.

A questo si aggiunge che l’asta di movimento è costruita in maniera che la parte inferiore si andrà
a deformare ad un sovraccarico di circa il 50%.
Il perno di fissaggio può essere sostituito con l’apparecchio funzionante senza che sia necessa-
rio sfilare il cavo di trazione. Nella maniglia dell’asta di movimento si trovano dei perni di fissag-
gio. Gli apparecchi Sirtef sono facili e rapidi da pulire grazie ad una apertura posta nella parte
superiore dell’apparecchio, è sufficiente gettare dell’acqua a pressione e subito l’apparecchio è
pulito e pronto nuovamente all’uso.
Ogni apparecchio è completato da un cavo metallico Sirtef originale con anima in acciaio e un
trefolo di colore arancio. Il funzionamento perfetto degli apparecchi è garantito solo usando la
fune originale. La versione originale standard comprende: l’apparecchio di trazione e solleva-
mento con la leva ed una fune della lunghezza di 20 metri arrotolata su aspo. Ad una estremità
della fune è fissato un gancio di sicurezza montato solidamente, l’altra estremità è rastremata.
The equipment are light weight and easy to use. These devices are manufactured in high resi-
stance aluminum alloy with a high safety coefficient.
They are stainless and insensitive to impacts and hits. Their structure requires almost no main-
tenance. Sirtef lifting equipment offers excellent work safety: the locking pin located in the lever
of the rope movement breaks with a 25% overload. In addition, the moving arm is built in such

a manner that the lower portion will get deformed with approximately 50% overload. The locking
pin can be replaced with the equipment in operation without need to remove the traction rope.

Sirtef equipment are easy and quick to clean thanks to an opening located in their upper portion;
it is sufficient to wash them with pressurized water and they are clean and ready to use. All the
devices come with an original Sirtef steel wire rope with steel core and orange colored rope
strand
Correct operation of equipment is guaranteed only when using the original rope.
The original standard version includes: traction and lifting equipment with lever and a 20 mt.
long rope rolled up on a spool. At the end of the rope there is a firmly assembled safety hook
while the other end is tapered.

Lifting beams and special equipment can be supplied with a
certified engineer report in accordance to following standards:

OFFERTE - Le nostre offerte, anche se fatte per lettera, fax o e-mail, non sono impegnative e le ordinazioni devono pervenire sottoscritte
su carta intestata dell’acquirente.
OFFERS - Our offers, even if made by letter, fax or e-mail, are not binding and the orders must arrive on the headed notepaper of the
purchaser.
PREZZI - I prezzi in Euro indicati nel nostro listino ed i prezzi netti concordati con la clientela sono indicativi e potranno essere modificati
in qualsiasi momento. Salvo diverso accordo, la merce sarà fatturata ai prezzi in vigore al momento della spedizione. Tutti i prezzi si
intendono al netto di oneri e imposte.
PRICES - The prices in Euros given in our price list and the net prices agreed with customers are indicative and can be modified at
any time. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be invoiced at the prices in force at the time of despatch. All prices are net of duties
and taxes.
TRASPORTO - Salvo speciali accordi in contrario, le spese di trasporto a destino e qualunque altra spesa o tassa che dovesse gravare
sulle merci sono a carico dell’acquirente. In nessun caso potremmo essere chiamati a rispondere per mancata od irregolare consegna
da parte delle ferrovie, imprese di navigazioni, di trasporti, corrieri ecc restando assolutamente ed esplicitamente inteso che la merce,
anche se per speciali accordi venduta in porto franco, oppure, consegnata a domicilio dal Cliente viaggia sempre a rischio e pericolo
dell’acquirente.
TRANSPORT - Unless specially agreed to be otherwise, the costs of transport to their destination and any other expense or that must
be borne by the goods are a charge on the purchaser. In no case can we be liable for loss or irregular delivery on the part of the
railways, forwarding and shipping companies, transporters, couriers, etc. and this means absolutely and explicitly that the goods,
even if they are sold by special agreement as free at port, or delivered to the purchasers premises, travel at the risk and peril of the
purchaser.
CONSEGNE - I termini di consegna indicati ed accettati si intendono valevoli solamente in condizioni normali di lavoro. Le guerre, gli
scioperi, le epidemie, l’interruzione dei trasporti, la penuria di materiale, gli incidenti ed ogni altro fatto che provochi la sospensione to-
tale o parziale del lavoro sono cause di forza maggiore che ci autorizzano ad annullare o sospendere gli ordini e i contratti. Per la merce
offerta o venduta prima dello sdoganamento i termini di consegna non saranno in alcun caso impegnativi per noi, ed eventuali ritardi
per cause indipendenti da noi o dalle nostre fornitrici estere non potranno costituire motivo di annullamento dell’ordine né di ritardo nel
pagamento o di reclamo per danni da parte dell’acquirente. Non si accetta ritorno di merce consegnata in ritardo.
DELIVERY - The delivery terms that are indicated and accepted are intended to be valid only under normal working conditions. Wars,
strikes, epidemics, transport interruptions, shortage of materials, accidents and any other event that causes the total or partial su-
spension of work are causes of force majeur that authorise us to cancel or suspend orders and contracts.
For goods offered or sold before customs clearance the delivery terms shall not in any case be binding on us and any late delivery for
causes not dependent upon us or our foreign suppliers cannot constitute a reason for annulling the order or late payment or claim for
damage on the part of the purchaser.
PAGAMENTI - Salvo espressa indicazione contraria, le condizioni di pagamento si intendono per contanti netto alla consegna o spe-
dizione della merce. Ciò vale anche per gli imballaggi e per qualsiasi altro gravante sulle merci. Per ordinazioni importanti o relative a
forniture speciali ci riserviamo la facoltà di richiedere il parziale o totale pagamento anticipato o contro assegno. Nel caso di insolvenza,
anche parziale, da parte dell’acquirente, in ottemperanza al decreto legislativo n° 231 del 09.10.2002, verranno applicati gli interessi di
mora al tasso BCE maggiorato di sette punti.
PAYMENT - Unless expressly indicated to the contrary, payment conditions refer to net cash on delivery or despatch of the goods.
This applies also to packaging and any other cost borne by the goods. For very important orders or special supplies we reserve the
right to request partial or total payment in advance or cash on delivery. In the case of insolvency, even partial, on the part of the pur-
chaser, interest on arrears will be applied at the BCE interest rate plus seven percent in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 231
of 09.10.2002
RECLAMI E CONTESTAZIONI - Gli eventuali reclami riguardanti le forniture di merci dovranno pervenirci entro otto giorni dal ricevimento
delle merci stesse, trascorso il qual termine essi non saranno più accettati. Per poter essere preso in considerazione, ogni reclamo
dovrà essere basato su dati di fatto concreti e precisati. Nessun reclamo per vizi, difetti, natura e qualità della merce, ritardi nelle con-
segne (se da noi espressamente accettato, un termine impegnativo di consegna), potrà essere fatto valere, neppure in via giudiziaria
se non avrà avuto luogo il regolare pagamento della partita alla quale il reclamo si riferisce. Nel caso di restituzione di merci oggetto di
reclamo queste dovranno esserci spedite in porto franco a rischio del mittente: in difetto di ciò possiamo rifiutarci al ritiro. Resta inteso
che le eventuali contestazioni riguardanti una singola spedizione di merce no avranno effetto alcuno sul resto dell’ordine o dell’impegno,
né sul pagamento di altra merce già ricevuta e non protestata tempestivamente. Il nostro obbligo resta limitato al rimborso, al prezzo

di vendita, od alla sostituzione pura e semplice a nostra scelta, di quella parte di merce che, a giudizio esclusivo dei nostri tecnici,
sarà riconosciuta difettosa di materiale o di costruzione: in nessun modo e per nessun motivo saremo tenuti a corrispondere qualsiasi
indennizzo per eventuali danni diretti ed indiretti.
CLAIMS AND DISPUTES - Any claims regarding the supply of goods must reach us within eight days from receipt of those goods,
otherwise they will no longer be accepted. To be able to be taken into consideration, every claim must be based on concrete and
precise factual data.
No claim for faults, defects, the nature and quality of the goods, late delivery (if expressly accepted by us as one of the terms of
delivery), can be considered, not even in law proceedings, if normal payment for the consignment to which the claim refers has not
been made. In the case of return of goods that are the subject of a claim, these must be despatched to us free at port at the risk of the
sender, in contravention of which we can refuse to collect them. The fact remains that any dispute regarding a single consignment of
goods has no effect whatsoever on the rest of the order or job, nor on the payment for other goods already received and not promptly
contested. Our obligation is limited to reimbursement of the selling price or replacement purely and simply at our choice, that part of
the goods that on the judgement of our technicians alone is recognised as defective in materials or construction: in no way and for no
reason will we be held to pay any compensation for direct or indirect damages.
COMPETENZE - Per tutto quanto si riferisce alla vendite, e quindi per ogni azione o contestazione ad esse relativa o da esse dipendente,
sono esclusivamente competenti le autorità giudiziarie di Milano (Italia), rinunciando le parti ad ogni diritto od eccezione contraria alla
piena osservanza di questa clausola. Quindi le parti eleggono d’accordo domicilio presso la nostra sede.
JURISDICTION - For anything related to the sale, and therefore for any action or dispute related to or dependent upon it, the law autho-
rities of Milan (Italy) shall have sole jurisdiction, thereby renouncing any contrary right or exception for the parties to full observance
of this clause. Therefore, the parties elect to agree the domicile as being in our headquarters.
FATTURAZIONE - Il minimo fatturabile è inteso in Euro 200,00 iva esclusa al di sotto di tale importo non si accettano ordini singoli.
INVOICING - The minimum value of an invoice is intended to be 200 Euros excluding VAT; below this figure single orders will not be
accepted.
