The Plot

Our story begins in Bergerac early in the 17th century. A brave captain called
Cyrano lives in this small French town. He is the best with his sword and famous far and wide
for his courage, poetic skills and....... the size of his nose.

Since he was a child his heart has been devoted to his friend Roxanne,
the Duke’s daughter. In spite of this, Cyrano has never told her what he truly feels.
He has always thought that Roxanne, as beautiful as she is, could never fall in love
with a man possessing such a nose.

The Duke has instructed Madame Ciboulette to find a suitable candidate for his
daughter to marry. When Christian de Neuvillette arrives at Bergerac to join Cyrano’s
army, Madam Ciboulette decides that this young, handsome soldier is the perfect
husband for Roxanne.

Although Christian is good-looking, Roxanne is not attracted to him so Madam

Ciboulette comes out with a plan. This plan is based on a lie which she believes will
join the couple. Being unaware of Cyrano’s feelings, she tells him that Roxanne
is deeply in love with Christian and that he must tell this to the young soldier.

When Christian is told this lie, he quickly believes it and becomes

interested in Roxanne as she is not only beautiful but also rich. As he knows Roxanne
is very romantic, he asks Cyrano for help to write her a poem. Feeling heart-broken,
Cyrano puts aside his feelings and gives Christian one of his own poems. Roxanne, who
wasn’t really interested in Christian at first, starts changing her mind as she’s moved
by the love letter.

With Cyrano’s help, Christian soon makes Roxanne fall in love with him
but Cyrano feels they are not being honest with her so he stops giving his poems to
Christian. As Christian is willing to marry Roxanne at any cost, he is not satisfied
with this decision and steals Cyrano’s book of poems so as to carry out his own
mischievous plan.

Soon the marriage is announced and Cyrano’s heart is filled with sorrow.
His beloved Roxanne is being deceived by Christian’s greed. The ending is near and love
must fight to prevail....

My Dream

What I feel is new and exciting.

It’s a kind of thing
Only love can bring
Flying to me.
I’ve been waiting all my life
For this to happen
And I wonder:
Is this for real?

If she looks at me
She will clearly see
All the love
That I can give.

Will I ever live

What I’m dreaming of?
Has the time arrived
To discover love?
Will someone look
Into my eyes so deeply? New hopes are being born
Deep enough to know Dreams turn into reality
What I’m waiting for? New feelings take me where
I have never been.
If he looks at me
He will clearly see It’s my chance, yes it is!
All the love I will do what it takes to be
That I can give. The greatest man,
The greatest man
You have ever seen.

All I’m looking for

All I want to know
Is what I need
To live my dreams.
My dream!(...)

If she looks at me
If he looks at me
She will clearly see
He will clearly see
All the love
That I can give.

Unique

Don’t let a cloud When a day begins

Turn your day grey, A new challenge it brings.
Don’t ever put your dreams away. It will make you learn
Time will make you see again And it will make you see
That the sun’s still shining. That the only way to succeed
Is inside your soul.
Cheer up and listen What you need is there
It’s time to change your mind, Don’t let it go!
You’ve been mistaken
About who you think you are. It’s time to trust
You are more than what In what you’ve got
Can be seen with the eyes To show yourself
So open your heart There’s no limit,
And listen to it now. Not even the sky.

Every single thing Every single thing

That you are and feel That you are and feel
Makes you unique, Makes you unique,
Shows who you are for real. Shows who you are for real.
So always trust that you can So always trust that you can

And raise your head up high. And raise your head up high.

Transformation

At last the sweetest feeling I will not stop till I get what I want.
came to my life… love. No one will dare to ruin my plan.
Love will bring me many things I’ve been searching,
Like joy, laughter and happiness. I’ve been waiting
I will share everything with him. And at last the time has come.
She will share everything with me.
A poem by a lake, If someone gets in my way,
A dream of a life together. He will have to taste my sword.
Her money, her treasures and jewels. I never hesitate.
All the power I’ve dreamt of. My sword is quick; my blood is cold.

I can’t believe my luck. I can’t wait

Everything’s going as I’ve planned. To open up the door
Soon I’ll have what I desire That will make me as great
The girl, the money and the power. as no one was before.

I can’t wait I will not stop till I get what I want.

To open up the door No one will dare to ruin my plan.
That will make me as great I’ve been searching,
as no one was before. I’ve been waiting
And at last the time has come.
No matter what it takes
I’ll be the one to run this place.
People will love me, there’s no doubt.
I’ll be the greatest man alive.

I can’t wait
To open up the door
That will make me as great
as no one was before.
