1.0 The circuit we had design from the task given:

Note: The entire STOP button actually in normally closed in original design, but when the
circuit transferred to the computer, we should to change STOP switch from normally
closed to normally open because PC will read in opposite direction. If STOP switch
normally open in diagram, the operation actually mean it in normally closed.

3.0 Operation of this project

The operation was beginning when START button pressed. On that moment, motor will run,
photo sensor in normally closed start operate and RUN (Green Pilot Lamp) will turn ON until
photo sensor detected, for example a box. When photo sensor detected, running motor will
stop and STANDBY (Yellow Pilot Lamp) will start operate and solenoid will open for 5 seconds of
timer. We can compare this operation with real application in the manufacturing, when photo
sensor detect the box, motor operation will stop and solenoid will open and fill the box with
their product for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, motor will run, photo sensor operates and RUN
(Green Pilot Lamp) will turn ON again. It will continue operate until we press the STOP button,
when STOP button was pressed, STOP (Red Pilot Lamp) will turn ON, so it mean that all of the
operation was stopped.
