Login/Logout Conference
To login to your telephone set: To set up a conference call for up to three or six people (including

Ö Press the Headset key. placing the original call on hold.
Ö While on the second call, press the Conference soft key.
Ö Press the Line key of the original call.
Place a Call
Ö Press the Conference soft key to add all parties together.
To place a call use one of the following options:
Ö Lift the handset and dial the number.
Ö Press the Handsfree key and dial the number. Meet Me Conference
Ö Press the Headset key and dial the number. To set up or join a Meet Me conference:
Ö Press a Line key, dial the number, and lift the hand set to Ö Lift the handset, use the Up/Down Navigation keys to

To place a call using System Speed Call: Ö Press the Meet Me key.

Call Forward
Ö Dial the System Speed Call code assigned to the number
To direct your calls to ring at another Line (DN):

End a Call

Call Pickup
Press the Goodbye key. To answer a ringing phone in your Call Pickup Group:
Ö Lift the handset and use the Up/Down Navigation keys to
access the feature level with the Call Pickup feature.
Place a Call on Hold Ö Press the PickUp key and begin speaking.
Ö Press the Hold key. The LCD indicator beside the
Line key flashes.
To take a call off hold: Call Park
Ö Press the flashing Line key.
To park a call and retrieve at another phone:
Ö Use the Up/Down Navigation keys to access the feature

Transfer a Call level with the Call Park feature.


Ö Press Call Park and hang up. The LED indicator flashes.
To transfer an active call:
Ö From another phone, dial the phone number where the call
Ö Press the Transfer soft key. The call is put on hold.
Ö Dial the number to which you want to transfer the call.

Message Waiting Inbox/Outbox


To access your Voice Mailbox: To view the names and numbers of the last ten incoming or outgoing
Ö Lift the handset and use the Up/Down Navigation keys to calls in your Call Log:

Ö Dial the number to be added followed by the * key
Ö Press the Display soft key.
To turn off Simulated ring:
Ö Press the Down Navigation key to view call information.
Ö Pick up the receiver and then press 3
To delete the alternative phone number To store an Inbox or Outbox call in your directory:
Ö Use the Navigation keys to highlight the number you want
Ö Pick up the receiver and press the * key
Ö Dial the number to be removed and press the * key again
to store.
Ö Press the OK soft key or press the Send key.
Ö Use the Navigation keys to select Store.
Telephone System Menu
To change telephone options:
Ö Press the Menu soft key.
Directory
-OR- To store names and numbers in an address book:
Press the Services key. Ö Press the Directory key.
Ö Press the dialpad number for these common tasks: Ö Press the OK soft key or press the Send key.
o logoff the telephone set............................. 1 Ö Use the Navigation keys to highlight and choose New
o change ring volume and ringtones............ 2 Entry.
o adjust the display contrast ........................ 3 Ö Use the Navigation keys to choose Number.
o specify a different language...................... 5 Ö Enter or edit the name using the dial pad.
o set date and time....................................... 6 Ö Press the OK soft key or press the Send key.
o change your password.............................. 7 Ö Use the Navigation keys to choose Surname.
o empty your call Inbox/Outbox.................... 8 Ö Enter or edit the last name using the dial pad.
-OR- Ö Press the OK soft key or press the Send key.
Use the Navigation keys to scroll up or down through the Ö Use the Navigation keys to choose First Name.
