Requirements:

* Apple Ipod Touch or Iphone with latest updates, not jail-broken

* PC, which is connected to wired router via cable. Router (Edimax) is connected
to ADSL modem. Wired connection is configured and internet is working without a
ny problems
* PC has genuine Windows XP with SP3 and all other updates
* You have bought usb wi-fi dongle Edimax
* Router has IP address different than 192.168.0.1. Why? During set-up of ICS (I
nternet Connection Shared), Windows assign IP address to shared network card as
192.168.0.1 and this could cause troubles. Recommended adress of router is 192.1
68.1.xx or 192.168.2.xx
* Router assign IP addresses (DHCP server) in range from 192.168.2.100 to 192.16
8.2.200
* You know IP address of your DNS server (Start -> Accessories -> Command prompt
-> write "nslookup" and write down IP adress)
My complet configuration of wired conenction to router and internet is following
(translation from Czech):
DHCP enabled . . . . . . : yes
Automatic configuration : yes
IP Address . . . . . . . : 192.168.2.100 (will be different in your case)
Subnet mask . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . : 192.168.2.1 (router address)
Server DHCP . . . .. . . : 192.168.2.1 (router address)
Server DNS . . . . . . . : 194.228.41.65 (DNS server is manually entered: Start-
> Network connection-> )
(Start -> Accessories -> Command prompt -> write "ipconfig -all")
