 Bnei Akiva Indemnity

I, the undersigned,

hereby represent in favour of the Bnei Akiva South Africa (which, together with its committee members,

officers, employees, agents, contractors, servants, successors and assigns, is hereinafter referred to as the

“Beneficiary”) that I am the legal guardian of ___________________________ (the “Participant”) and with

reference to the event of ________________________________________ (the “Event”) to be held at

_________________________________ on _________________________________ hereby irrevocably

indemnify the Beneficiary and hold it harmless against all and any loss, liability, claim, expense, cost, penalty

or damage (whether to person or property) of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising which may be

directly or indirectly incurred or sustained by the Beneficiary, the Participant, me or any third party in relation

to the participation of the Participant in the Event, including, completely without limitation, in the course of

travelling to or from the Event. Without in any way limiting or derogating from the foregoing I hereby

irrevocably and unconditionally waive all and any claims of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising which I

may, but for this Indemnity, otherwise may have had against the Beneficiary in relation to the participation of

the Participant in the Event.
