mpleted the "Oakwood South Shore Hospital" in Trenton Michigan as the interior s
ite superintendent. This included the completion of the 5 surgery suites, the 25
bay emergency department and radiology facility. My past responsibilities incl
ude being a project manager in obtaining "THE" J.D. Power award as Michigan's on
ly recipient of "The Builder of the Year" in 2006.
I offer experience in custom pricing and management of budgets in multi-story c
onstruction. I add
experienced installation of medical equipment and mandated state construction a
pprovals and medical inspections. I conducted weekly owner progress and update
meetings. I have built and revised construction schedules. I can add to your p
ortfolio a list of training background in safety programs, warranty service deve
lopment. These skills I offer are essential as I have used them to pursue a posi
