SWOT Analysis of KFC according to its competitors in RawalPindi and Islamabad.

Problem:

What problems are faced by KFC due to its competitors, and SWOT analyses to diagnose the problem?

Definition:

This research has been taken in Lahore only and it have improved the sales and diagnosed the problems,
when we talked to KFC Head Office Mr. Shabeer haired us for research in Rawal Pindi and Islamabad.
This would help us and give us practical experience in market.

Importance & Advantages:

This is very important research for KFC because it could give an idea of competitors of KFC and how to
compete them. It could increase sale.
