In celebration of Rules and Regulations

I hereby agree to the following rules and regulations of my participation in the

North West CDC is organising the ‘North West Run 2010’:-

North West Run

1. All entries must be made on this official registration Form by the stated closing date.

2. Once the registration is accepted, there will be no refund. There will also be no refund for
incorrect entries, multiple entries, late entries, no-show for event and participants who
wish to withdraw from the competition.

Event Date: 14 August 2010, Saturday 3. All payments are to be made by cheque, payable to “North West CDC”.

Venue: Woodlands Square 4. The Organiser reserves the right to limit and refuse any entry.

Reporting Time: From 4.30pm 5. All participants below 21 years need to seek parental or guardian consent for participating
in this event by completing the Consent and Waiver Form attached.
Flag-off time: From 5.00pm
6. All participants are responsible for their own safety during the event. They must also observe
traffic regulations. The Organisers shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting

PRIZES 10. The Organiser will reserve the right to substitute any items in the race pack if they are not
available.
1st Prize : $800 each
2nd Prize : $500 each 11. Official number tags will be issued on the race pack collection date.
3rd Prize : $300 each
8 Consolation Prize : 12. Participants without number tags will not be allowed to participate in this event.

13. Any wrong issuance of number tags must be settled with the registration official prior to the
commencement of the Run.

14. Number tags are strictly non-transferable. Participants will be disqualified if found doing so.
