Servicing of Telecom products (MUX, Switch, Ethernet converters) and
Power systems to Defence as well as to BSNL/MTNL and private
operators. Power systems are also separately is an end product. PEL is
approved by DGQA, DGAQA.

Job Profile in Precision Electronics Limited:-

• Design & development of SMPS Power Supply (AC to DC/ DC to DC) on modular
basis.
• Preparation of block level architecture as per design requirement/RFP.
Finalization of PCB layouts. Circuit designing with ORCAD.

Projects Completed in Precision Electronics Limited:-

1. 48V to ±60V/200W Power Supply for BSNL Mumbai:-
This unit is having the variable DC input (40V to 56V) and giving Dual DC Output
(±60V/1.5A) with the all protection logic circuitry (DC Input & Output Under &
Over voltage). This unit is having the voltmeter and ammeter to read the both Dual
DC Output and DC Current. Topology used in this is Flyback converter with
switching frequency 70Khz.
2. MIL Grade Qualified Ruggedized AC to DC Power Pack (48V/250 Watts) This
Power Supply unit is having the AC as well as DC input and gives 48VDC
output to telecom (MUX Equipment) for Indian Army. This unit is having the
features of AC Mains Under/Over, Battery RPP & LVD with corresponding audio
and visual LED indications. This unit is qualified as per technical specs.
mentioned in RFP (Such as for EMI/EMC, Vibration, Environmental) as per
MIL-Standards & JSS55555 as applicable.
3. MIL Grade Qualified Ruggedized Multi Mode Tactical Power Unit:- This unit is
having the multi input (AC Voltage from 90Vac to 280Vac) as well as DC Battery
Input such as 12V/24V/48V and gives the 48VDC Output in any of the above input
condition to Telecom Switch equipment for Indian Army. This unit also charges the
12V and 48V battery banks simultaneously. This unit is having the logic control
circuitry to select the particular battery bank with the low voltage cut off circuitry to
protect the particular battery bank from deep discharge. This unit is having the
features of AC Mains Under/Over, Battery RPP & LVD with corresponding audio
and visual LED indications. This unit is qualified as per technical specs. mentioned in
RFP (Such as for EMI/EMC, Vibration, Environmental) as per MIL-Standards &
JSS55555 as applicable.
4. MIL Grade Qualified Ruggedized Multi Output Tactical Power Supply Unit:-
This unit is having the multi DC output on the any input (AC Voltage from 150Vac
to 280Vac) and 24VDC Battery Input. DC Outputs are 27.5VDC/200watt,
48VDC/200watt, ±60VDC/0.5Amp. This unit is having the features of AC Mains
Under/Over, Battery RPP & LVD with corresponding audio and visual LED
indications. This unit is qualified as per technical specs. mentioned in RFP (Such as
for EMI/EMC, Vibration, Environmental) as per MIL-Standards & JSS55555 as
applicable.This unit is designed for power up the Linking Equipment (Indian Navy).

All above Power Supply units are successfully evaluated and validated by
Defence for CQAL, MAG & EMI/EMC testing.

2.0 Second company was Autometers Alliance Ltd ,Noida(U.P) worked as Asst.
Engineer-R & D from 15th December 2005 to 16th May,2006.

Company Profile of Autometers Alliance ltd:

AAL is an ISO-9001 company dealing in Design, Manufacturing,
Servicing of convertors, inverters & battery chargers for INDIAN
RAILWAYS. It also manufactures UPS for industry & home.

3.0 First company was S.M.Creative Electronics Ltd, Gurgaon(Haryana) as

R&D Executive. I worked in this company from 01st November,2001 to
09th December,2005.

SM Creative Electronics Ltd is an ISO-9001organization dealing in
manufacturing of power electronic equipments for Railways and Telecom
applications, having manufacturing and R&D unit at Baddi (HP) and
Corporate office at Gurgaon.
Job Profile in S.M.Creative Electronics Limited : -
Job profile involves the design & development of SMPS based Power Plants.The
SMPS Power Plant consists of Modules, Protection & Control cards, V/A Meters
to read the DC output voltages, currents etc.

Major Projects Done in S.M.Creative Electronics Ltd:-

1. Design & Development of 48V/6.25A SMPS Rectifier & 6.25A SMPS Based Power
Plant for Private cellular operators.
48V/6.25A Rectifier:- This module is having Single Transistor Forward
Converter with switching frequency 70KHz. This rectifier is having the AC Input
(150Vac to 275Vac) and provides DC output voltage 48V with variable from 44V
to 56V. This rectifier is having Float/Charge operation, BTC, Rectifier fail alarm.
6.25A Based SMPS Power Plant:- This Power Plant consists of three 48V/6.25A
Modules with the features of battery LVD, Auto Float/Charge operation, BTC ,
V/A meter to read out the System Voltage, battery Voltage & Current. Potential
free contacts are also available.
2. Design & Development of 54.5V/5A SMPS Power Supply in 1U height,19' width
with Active PFC Circuit. This Power Supply is itself an complete SMPS Power plant
with features such as wide AC Input range (90V to 300V), active PFC, Temperature
controlled fan speed, Battery LVD, Auto Float/Charge operation, Potential free
contacts, BTC, Mains Under and Over Voltage, DC Output Over Voltage, Battery
Low Voltage pre alarm etc. Topology used in this is two transistor Forward converter.
3. Design & Development of DC-DC Converters of various ratings for IPS
(Integrated Power Supply for Indian railways).

1. 1994-1997 : C. R. Polytechnic Rohtak (Haryana).Completed three year Diploma
in Electronics & Communication Engineering with 72.63% (aggregate)
(State Board Technical Education, Haryana, Chandigarh).

2. 1998-2001 : Vaish College of Engineering , Rohtak. Completed three year

Degree Course after 3 years Diploma Course for award of B. E. in Electronics
& Communication Engineering and obtained 72.59%(aggregate).
(Maharishi Dayanand University , Rohtak , Haryana).

1. June 15, 1999 to July 31, 1999 At RESOURCE TECHNOLOGY,
Delhi, on computer peripherals such as printers, monitors ,SMPS.
