HFDM team delivered Phase I of four phases program that will allow Dell "To re-engineer the defective material
process to deliever a holistic hassle free solution at minimal cost to Dell from initial detection/fallout to commercial
close out.". Project was delivered on time against expected schedule. HFDM is a global program instigated and led
by EMEA with deployment across all regions in Q1/Q1 FY06.

10.2005 – till now Developers Lead DELL, Ireland (www.dell.com)

After 2.5 years working for Dell programs in Moscow office I had been promoted for a new position in Dell’s
Europe office based in Limerick, Ireland. Right now I’m working on Dell’s biggest logistic project leading a flex team
of 3-7 developers. Areas of responsibility are: making decisions on technical issues; creating & controlling
standards; core functionality development; coordinating communication between team of developers with business
analysts, architects, etc. Technologies used: ASP.NET 2.0/3.5, Microsoft MVC, Web Sphere MQ Series, Oracle 10g.

Mostly lead a development of custom reporting engine & reports for Dell’s manufacturing Failure Analysis

During this period I was leading a team developing a site for a big computer vendor. We developed front-end

Back-end interface consisted of store inventory module, order tracking, RMA processing, connective module to the
other vendors and shipping companies like www.ups.com and www.fedex.com.
