3. Candidate prepares the report individually.

4. Candidate submits a soft copy of report RF.CW.LA2.S05.1 by saving the report in personal
folder.

5. Candidate copies the report into a CD.

6. Candidate prints out the report RF.CW.LA2.S05.1.

7. Candidate writes “Written Assignment-RF.CW.LA2.S05.1” in the evidence column of

ACF.CW.LA2.S05.1.

8. Candidate keeps RF.CW.LA2.S05.1 and ACF.CW.LA2.S05.1 in the ring file.
