ABV- Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management Gwalior, is looking for
suitable persons for the following positions which are on contract initially for a period of 5 years
which may be renewed.

1. Registrar - (PB4)37400-67000 + GP Rs. 10,000 per month Post-1 (UR)

Essential Qualification &Experience :

(a) A postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade and
(b) at least 15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar in
Rs.12000-18300 scale (pre-revised) or an equivalent post OR
Comparable hands-on experience in Defense /civil Administration, Business Management,
Project Planning and Coordination OR
Comparable experience in research establishments and other institutions of higher education
OR
At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor/Lecturer/Reader of which 8 years
should be in Assistant Professor's Grade Rs.12000-18300 scale (pre-revised) with experience
in educational administration.

Desirable:
A Ph.D. degree or a post graduate degree in Technology/Management/.Public administration
from a reputed institute..
Demonstrable ability to supervise computerized administration, HRD experience and experience
in Finance Management.
Considerable experience in educational administration, financial and personnel management.
Demonstrable Capability to lead administration in a residential institution and R&D institution.

Age Limit: Preferably below 55 years.

2. Deputy Registrar - (PB3) Rs. 15600 - 39000 + GP Rs 7600/- per month. Post-1 (UR)
(Finance & Accounts)

Essential Qualification & Experience:

(a)Master’s Degree in Commerce with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade and. (b) 8
years experience as a Lecturer in a college or university with experience in educational
administration. OR
(c). Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher
education. OR
(d) 8 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post in
Rs.8000-13500 (pre-revised) scale.

Desirable:
MBA, PGDM (Finance)/Diploma in Financial Management from a reputed institute
Considerable experience in educational administration & financial management.
Minimum 5 years experience in handling the finance in the reputed National educational
institute/organization/Central/State Government departments

Experience in efficient use of modern office software, database management packages and MIS.

Age Limit : Preferably below 55 years.

1. Persons employed in government and semi-government organization or Educational

any candidate to be called for the interview. Institute reserves the right to prepare a short
listing criterion that may be set higher than the minimum
4. Minimum requirement of experience and relaxation of age may be considered for

5. Candidates must send a Demand Draft of Rs. 200/- drawn on any nationalized bank
payable at Gwalior, in favour of Director ABVIIITM Gwalior along with the application.

8. TA/DA for journey between place of work/residence and the place of personal interview
will be paid as per rules.
