Consultant Training on SAP Business One


(MQA Approved)

1 - 12 February, 2010

1. Objectives

This course will help the participants to:

 Understand the concepts and methods of SAP Business One


 Use the essential functions in core logistics areas in SAP Business One
 Map customer logistics processes in SAP Business One
 Manage your accounting procedures with SAP Business One
 Handle your bank transactions with SAP Business One
 Compile company reports with SAP Business One
 Manage projects using the SAP Business One Accelerated Implementation Program
 Implement SAP Business One in accordance with customer requirements

2. Methodology

The Training Workshop will employ a right mix of lectures, hands-on session, demonstrations
and case studies. Real world examples will be used throughout the course in conjunction with
numerous tutorial exercises to develop field proven, practical consulting skills.

3. Audience

 Consultants and support employees responsible for the implementation and ongoing support
of business processes with SAP Business One at customer sites.
 Consultants responsible for SAP Business One user training at customer sites.
 Employees from SAP's SME partners responsible for qualified selling and successful product
presentations to customers.
 SAP enthusiasts from private, government and parastatal sectors.

4. Resource Person

Mr Louis Carl Joubert, Director of Operations, iO.sys, South Africa


 SAP Sales-certified Level 3
 SAP Consultant Level 2

Mr Louis Joubert has been involved with SAP Business One since 2005 with the initial launch of
SAP Business One in Africa. As a certified SAP Business One Consultant he has trained over 200
SAP Consultants and was responsible for the roll out of the SAP Business One channel across Africa
covering 42 countries and 3 languages. Some of the projects included various multi-nationals and
government organizations like Tri-Star, Cadbury’s , Hewlett Packard, IBM to name a few.

Mr Joubert is also Sales Level 3 certified which is the highest level of certification for SAP Sales
personnel. He has also used various technologies to support the entire Information technology
spectrum from operating system to enterprise resource planning.

6. Fees

 Rs 100,000 per participant from the private sector

Note: Since the Training is MQA approved, participants could avail HRDC refund as applicable.
