Quality management, transfer formula from Corporation to blending team and consult team
about how to improve, monitor product quality. Make sure all equipments are in good condition:
maintenance schedule, calibration, control chart… Train for new staff. Make budget for Lab and
coordinate team members to work smoothly. Got Chevron good employee Award at 2010

July 2009: Joined to Lab Lead Recruitment in CHEVRON Lubricants Viet Nam Co., Ltd
and now is Lab Lead Probation time. Join to Training in Lab Management skill and others.

Feb 2009: Lab Technician in CHEVRON Lubricants Viet Nam Co., Ltd. Responsible for
Analyzing and Testing finished products or in-service oil: viscosity, density, TAN, TBN, Metal
contents… Operated all equipments using in Lab and performed calibrate, maintenance follow
schedule… Make hand-blend and issue new formula base on GPIM for new products or new
additive and optimize components of products when import new base oil every months. Conduct
housekeeping, HES in Lab. Communication closely with Blending Dept, Planner to keep
blending schedule run smoothly and assured that all batch products are integrity before sale.
Creating and producing routine, statutory reports. Beside that I conducted all material purchase
requests, orders for Lab.

July 2008 - Oct 2008: Assistant Engineer in Plating Department of SPINDEX Co., Ltd.
Main responsibility is help the Plating Manager about daily Plating schedule, Plating technical,
housekeeping, waste water treatment, testing skill, calibrated equipment used in Plating Dept.

Sept 2007 – July 2008: Trainee in Meiko Training Program in China (Chinese language,
PCB manufacture)
Sept 2007 – Nov 2007: General training in PCB manufacture: Material, Circuit
Information, Lamination, NC Drilling, Copper Plating, Solder & Marking, Surface Finish,
QA&QC. Besides that I jointed to Chinese language class everyday. After study presentation at
