Description:
The DNV is an international Company with about 300 offices in 100
different countries. Head quartered in Oslo (Høvik), Norway, DNVs global
network is linked by efficient information Technology Company enabling us
to create value for our customers in a coherent and consistent manner
worldwide.
DNV has providing training facility to their participants and issuing
Certificates to them. In Siebel Training Module we are using to meet their
requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Configuring SIEBEL application using SIEBEL Tools to meet the business
requirements of the client.

 Involved in analysis, architecture review and performance tuning of


SIEBEL application customizing.

 Involved Scripting in some scenarios.

Description:
The company is a leading call center and US based Company is heavily
invested that in the Siebel application to fulfil its Customer Relationship
Management requirements focused mainly to manage customer service,
support and fulfilment.
Siebel is being used to configure a call center for them. The main
functionality of the system includes: Service Request, Authentication,
Activity Management, Customer Management and Contact Management.
Used the Siebel Application to Log customer Service Requests and to track
Service requests till they are closed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Created and customized a standard Applets, Views, Screens and


Application.

 Involved extensively in creation and customization of Static and


Dynamic pick lists.

 Involved in creation and customization of Static and Dynamic


Drilldowns.
