CARATTERISTICHE

Il sistema antivento ROLLING è composto da una serie di accessori utilizzabili con la maggior parte dei
profili per serrande. Rolling è un sistema innovativo, che, grazie ad una staffa in acciaio con doppia ruota
in nylon, consente una eccezionale resistenza al vento.

Lo scorrimento ottimale della staffa Rolling richiede una guida laterale con uno specifico profilo a “C” con
guarnizioni termoplastiche, inviti in nylon e squadra di fissaggio montata in corrispondenza di ogni staffa.

Vantaggi:
• Resistenza al vento su entrambi i lati - interno ed esterno - della serranda
• Migliore scorrevolezza nelle guide laterali con meno attrito e rumore
• Riduzione dell’ingombro all’interno della guida
• Adattabilità alla maggior parte delle serrande

Il sistema è testato dal TUV ed è brevettato.

Il sistema ROLLING è stato progettato per soddisfare gli standard delle normative europee (EN 12424) e
garantire la resistenza al vento fino alla CLASSE 4.
Il numero di staffe antivento da collegare alla serranda dipende dalla classe di resistenza al vento richiesta
e alle dimensioni della porta.

FEATURES

The system consist of a set of accessories that can be used for most rolling shutter slats.
The rolling system represents a new concept among the wind lock systems because of the use of an
innovative steel wind lock with double nylon wheels.

The wind lock rolling requires a SIDE GUIDE WITH SPECIFIC “C” SHAPE, complete with thermoplastic gaskets,
nylon guide mouth and anchor brackets

• Wind load resistance on both sides internal/external of the rolling shutter
• Better sliding in the side rails with less friction and noise
• Reduction of internal depth of the side rail compared to market standards

The system has been tested by the german institute TUV

CARACTÉRISTIQUES

Le système Rolling represente un nouveau concept parmi les systèmes de resistence à la charge du vent
grace à un innovant crochet anti-tempête en acier avec double roue en nylon.

Le fonctionnement optimale du crochet est assuré par l’utilisation d’une guide laterale avec un specifique
profil à double C, complète de joint termoplastique, invitation en nylon et equerre de fixation montée en
corrispondence de chaque crochet.

Avantages
• Resistence à la charge du vent sur les 2 faces intérieur/ extérieur du rideau
• Meilleure glissement dans les guides du tablier avec crochets montés et donc moins de friction et de
bruit
• Reduction de la dimension intérieure en profondeur de la guide
• Adaptabilité á la plupart des lames pour rideaux enroulables.

Le systeme a été testé par l’institut allemand TUV.

Le système Rolling est conçu pour répondre aux standards des normes européennes (EN 12424) et
garantir la résistance au vent jusqu’à la CLASSE 4.
Le nombre des crochet anti-tempête à monter sur le tablier du rideau dépend de la classe de résistance
au vent demandée et de la dimension du rideau, selon des fichiers de calcule spécifiques.

CARACTERISTICAS

El sistema antiviento ROLLING esta compuesto de una serie de accesorios utilizables con la majoria de
los perfiles de la persiana. ROLLING es un sistema innovador, que, gracias a un soporte en acero con doble
rueda en nylon, permite una excepcional resistencia al viento.

El deslizamiento, optimo del soporte ROLLING, requiere un guia lateral con un perfil especifico en “C” con
guarnicion termoplastica, embocadura en nylon y escuadra de fijacion montada en combinacion con todo
el soporte.

Ventaja:
• Resistencia al viento sobre los dos lados de la persiana
• Mejor deslizamiento en la guia lateral con menor roce y ruido
• Reduccion del espacio util al interior de la guia
• Adaptable a la majoria de las persianas

El sistema esta certificado por el organismo notificado TÜV y patentado.
