Partnership Task Force output 28.01.

2011

Participants: Johannes Florian, Elisabeth Witzani, Klementina Dukoska

Goal: This task force was formed in order to make it more clear for everyone in AIESEC in
Austria about who are our partners, and for us to have aligned terms and understanding.

We have come up with a simple classification of companies, taking in consideration the current
companies that we are collaborating with and taking into consideration the current Product
Portfolio.

Categorization of companies that collaborate with AIESEC in Austria:

1. Companies that are buying our products:

Contracts for these products are standardized. The product sheets are aligned in-between
all entities in AIESEC in Austria (except for local products).
For example:
- TN takers
- CD participants
- Local product participants (TDD, Discovery…etc)
- Companies buying conference products
- Companies buying other products like Sales academy.

2. Companies that do not provide any financial support or do not buy any products of
AIESEC in Austria:
These companies support AIESEC in Austria in a non-financial way. They provide their
knowledge and expertise (i.e. Trainings) or provide us with their products (in-kinds for
conferences)
For Example:
- Learning partners (trainings)
- Sponsors that provide in-kinds, products

3. Companies that support us financially or by providing resources, companies that

are buying packages of products and companies that are included in other AIESEC
activities besides buying some product.
There are basically four possible types:
- Companies that support us with money (ex. Kommunalkrediet, IV, Shell)
- Supporters that support in different ways - resources, money, location (JEF, RLB),
- Companies that buy product and are included in other activities of AIESEC.
- Extraordinary contracts/packages - specifically for this one partner (contract is
specified for this company, they buy more of our products, or participate in more
events etc.)

These companies are the ones that can officially be called “partners”. This of course
depends on the company and the contract.
 Conclusion and final Definition of AIESEC in Austria partner:

Partner of AIESEC is any company or organization that supports us in one of the following
ways:
Financial support; Combination of different kind of interaction, including money, sharing of
resources, participation in activities of AIESEC; Companies that buy product packages ( that
would have customized contracts, depending on the company needs and the agreement with
the AIESEC entity).
