 Determination of Antenna Heights, orientation and tilt according to the clutter and
population density of the town.

 Drive Test Logs to Check Coverage & Quality by analyzing Rx level, Rx quality, SQI,
Handovers, Interference etc.

 Analyzing interference, Call Drops, Handover failures, Frequent Channel reselections, Rx

Quality, Rx level etc. and generating Rx Level & Quality Plots using MapInfo.

 Collecting Log File Using TEMS & analyzing of drive test logs using TEMS 8.1 & TEMS 10,
for Migration and up-gradation of the sites.

 Studying network reports and analyzing them.

 Handling optimization of new sites, and problems like Call drop, interference, handover failure,
antenna tilting, KPI maintain.
 Carrying out optimization according to clutter & providing Support to Operator team for
Network Growth & RF optimization activities.
