Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining monthly inventory of restaurant and daily inventory of bar
such as glassware, chinaware, silverware and liquor measures.
• Responsible to order daily requisitions and equipment of the restaurant from time to
time.
• Responsible to take independent decisions as and when required & to maintain
exceptional service standards and to exceed them.
• Responsible for hiring and firing of staff, maintain good relations, allocations and
making of weekly duty roster of the staff.
