Join the I-LEAD® Facilitation Team

The Institute for Leadership Education and Development (I-LEAD®) promotes the personal growth and skill
development of college students, and a vital part of the program are the members of the facilitation team who help to
make it all happen. These short-term volunteer opportunities are some of the most intense and unique that ACUI
offers, but they can also be some of the most impactful and rejuvenating.

Small Group Facilitator

As a facilitator for ACUI’s premier student program, you will be paired and work intensely with a small group of 10–15
students, while also being an active participant throughout all institute activities. Any professional employed at an
institution of higher education is eligible to apply, while those working in the college unions and student activities field at
ACUI member institutions will be given special consideration.

Student Intern
As an intern for I-LEAD®, you will work closely with the lead facilitators to prepare for program activities and assist in
the presentation of select sessions. Graduate students studying student affairs and undergraduate students who are
past I-LEAD® participants are eligible to apply.
