Claudine Dombrowski, being first duly sworn, on oath states:

1. lbat she is the Respondent in the above-entitled action;
2. lbat the Petitioner is Hal Richardson
3. That on the 12th day of February, 2010 this Court entered an order granting this
Plaintiff child support;
4. Said Order provided for certain parenting time between Respondent Mother and
the parties' child.;
5. lbat the Petitioner has thwarted the exercise of same by not causing the parties'
child to either be present at the designated times and/or by allowing to be
scheduled other activities that prevent the child's attendance.
6. Attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Exhibit" A" is a journal of the
many times that telephone calls have been denied and that parenting time has
been cancelled.

WHEREFORE, Respondent believes that the Petitioner is guilty of indirect contempt of

this Court and that he should be punished by a fine or imprisonment and that by way of further
punishment he should be ordered to pay all costs, expenses and damages associated with the
enforcement of this order and the Respondent requests that the Court so find.
