In order to standardize the drawings and documents for GETCO, following points are deliberated
and finalized those may please be noted and implemented with immediate effect.

1) How to give Drg. No-Standard format (Pl. refer Ann-I)

2) Standard Title Block for the drawings (Pl. refer Ann-II)
3) How to give Document NO –e.g. Specifications, Quality Plans etc. (Pl. refer Ann-III)
4) Standard procedure for Approval of Drawing/Document (Pl. refer Ann-IV)

Related formats are enclosed here with.

All are requested to keep those as permanent reference. Drawing/Documents may be prepared on
the basis of the same. No change in any of this format should be made without approval of
Competent Authority at Corporate Office.
