1. What is ‘special corporate programme’?

 It is a partnership programme between Stabl and a partner

Company interested in hiring fresh graduates.

 This programme is a compressed programme aimed at

grooming fresh graduates with technical skills and polish
communication skills.

 Only candidates shortlisted by Companies will be allowed to

attend this programme.

2. What are the qualifications to enter this programme?

 BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA with good knowledge and

training o .Net and Java

 Min of 60% in SSC, Junior College(+2), and College degrees

 Passed out in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011

3. What is the process?

 Phase I: Qualifying Tests and Interview

 Phase II: Testing & Short Listing by the Company

 Phase III: Pre-Offers and confirmation/registration

  Phase IV: Training/Project for 3 months

4. Where will the test and interviews will be taken?

 All tests and interviews will be conducted at our corporate

5. When is the Qualifying Tests and Interview?

 Monday March 21st 2011

6. When is the Testing & Short Listing by the Company?

 Tuesday March 22nd 2011 (tentative)

 Company management will be visiting our office to short list

the Qualifying Tests and Interview

7. When will the Pre-Offers letter be issued?

 All candidates who are shortlisted by the Company will be

offered Pre-Offer letters by the Company and Stabl.

8. What happens after the Pre-Offer letter?

  Candidates with Pre-Offer letters must register for the fast
track corporate programme (training & project) of Stabl and
MUST complete the same for the final offer.

9. Is there a fee/Charge for this programme?

 Yes

10.Is there a placement guarantee?

 Yes. Those who cannot make it to the final offer by the

company will be given full placement assistance upon
successful completion of the programme!

 Stabl has partnered with many companies and placement

agents and thus is able to guarantee placements

11.What do I learn in the ‘fast track corporate programme’?

 All shortlisted candidates are taken thru extensive .Net or

Java training and a 2 months hands on project

 You must complete this successfully before qualifying for

the final offer.
12.When will I get the final Offer?

 Based on the test and interview by the Company after

successful completion of the fast track corporate
programme of 3 months.

13.How are candidates evaluated?

 Based on the written test and interview by the Company as

per the Company standards as well as academic
performance of candidates.

14.Is there any discount for candidates with better overall

score?

 Yes but the discount is offered as laptop. Top 10 candidates

enrolling into the programme will get free laptop!
