 Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic
affairs/ improvements

 Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance

Each department has a class committee for each class consisting of


students representative and staff advisors to review the academic
matters of the concerned class. Besides, for each department a
students' association is also present headed by the Head of the
Department to carry out the academic and other activities.

 Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance

Feedback from the students on the performance of the teachers is


obtained every semester on a graded scale and results are communicated
to the staff concerned with relevant remarks.

 Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

A staff and students Grievance Redressal Committee exists in our


College. The Committee looks into the grievances of both staff and
students, whenever they are reported to the Committee.
