Fare conditions

For route Iasi Bergamo the fare rules are:

• Validity: Tickets are valid for 6 (six) months from the date of travel written on the ticket.
• Rerouting/rebooking:
1. Before the date of travel written on the ticket : possible at no additional charge.
2. During/After the date of travel written on the ticket: possible against a fee of EUR 50.
Please note : All changes are subject to seat availability on the new dates and against additional collection of
resulting fare difference, if any.
• Refund:
1. Before the date of travel written on the ticket: possible against a penalty of 40% of the fare.
2. During/After the date of travel written on the ticket: possible against a penalty of 40% of the fare

For route Bergamo Iasi the fare rules are:

• All flights are regular scheduled flights

• The service fee for ticket issuance is 25 EUR for international flights and 12
EUR for domestic flights
• In case the ticket is issued as paper, the lost/stolen document reissuance fee
is 20 EUR and subject to restrictions. Passenger must contact our Call Center.
• The free baggage allowance is 20 kilos checked baggage/passenger and 5 kilos
hand baggage/passenger. For excess baggage fees are applicable, the value of
which depends on the routing, and that is calculated as 1.5% of the IATA full
fare.
• The check-in (acceptance for the flight) closes with 45 minutes prior to
departure (hours indicated on the ticket) however we recommend that the
passenger should reach the acceptance desk 2 hours before the flight.
• The seat allocation is possible at the time of check-in and is subject to
operational restrictions. No additional fee is charged for this service
• For special services and assistance please advise the booking office at the
time of reservation.
