A. Presentation
The text should be double-spaced and printed in laser printer quality. The volume should be
bound and its title is imprinted on the spine.
B. Signature Page
List the title of the project, your name, your advisor's, co-advisor’s, and graduate coordinator’s
names. At the bottom of the page, list your address, student ID number, phone number, and
email address. Please see a sample signature page at the bottom of this document.
C. Abstract
The abstract should not exceed 150 words. Write one or two sentences on each of these points:
the motivation, tasks, and significance of the project
D. Table of Contents
Use separate sheets. For example,

E. Introduction
Lead readers into the subject. Discuss the motivation and need for the project, as well as the
objective of the project. Present background information on the project, and review previous and
current work in the subject area.

The reference sources cited in this section should be in IEEE reference format, e.g. K. Z.
