KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To Provide both One-to-One and Analysis-based Application Support for the two
Parallel running Core Banking Applications i.e; PIBAS Plus and iMAL in
Centralized environment of 102 Online Branches of southern, northern and central
region plus Treasury, Trade Finance, CAD and CAC Departments located at Head
Office to keep through the IT Core Banking Infrastructure of the bank and to
facilitate our Users/Customers with Smooth Error Free Banking Operations.
ON-DEMAND DUTIES
• Provide System Supports to users related to Operating Systems for Windows and
Linux Series and also issues related to Windows Server Series Administrative Tools.
• Provide Application Security Support to Users for issues relating to User IDs and
Access Rights.
• Provide Support for other Banking Applications like Ticker, Eq. System, XM3 etc.
MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
• Created detailed and Comprehensive DB Queries for both Oracle and Sybase
Databases relating to the Modules for both PIBAS Plus and iMAL enabling the
Application Support more fast and comprehensive then that of using Modules .
• Be the part of Team responsible for the Core Banking Application’s Migration
Process from PIBAS Plus to iMAL.
• Be the part of the Team responsible for the Visit-Based Training to all the Branches
of the Bank for the Newly Introduced Core Banking Application iMAL.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the operation of Access (ATM Card Information Software) provided
by TPS.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of ATM deployed at the Branch Premises and
guide ATM & Debit card customers of all the banks.
• Manage and Resolve all customer complaints logged by call center officers and
also coordinate with them regarding customer’s issues.
• To coordinate with vendors regarding ATM Rolls, Pin mailers, ATM transaction base
cameras and maintenance of ATM’s and make sure ATM should be up 24/7.
• To monitor ATM transaction base cameras through EYE solution it’s a web based
application provided and supported by TPS.
• To run and manage SOD, EOD, EOM, EOY Processes of the branch.
