I am seeking a full-time position as a youth pastor where I can creatively lead people to Jesus
Christ, encourage a lifestyle of worship, create environments that cultivate connection and
spiritual growth, develop mentor leaders, and minister to people in their personal and spiritual
needs.

As the Youth Pastor at Dundee Baptist Church for the last four years, I have seen the student
ministry grow significantly in numbers and spiritual maturity. Last year the ministry saw
several students come to a saving knowledge of Christ in a predominantly believer-based
church. Under my leadership, the team of volunteers working with the youth increased from
three to nineteen. I preached to the main congregation over forty times between the Sunday
morning, Sunday night, and Wednesday night services. Additional roles that I have
experience in are sound and light technician, guitarist, website designer, marketer, and
graphic artist. I would like to invest my talents and gifts into a church that has a desire to
reach people where they are.

God has gifted me with a passion for creatively communicating the timeless truths of God’s Word in a
memorable way. My passion is to reach people with the Good News and lead them into an exciting
adventure with God. I have created a strategic ministry plan and have a set of values to which help me
to accomplish the goal of reaching the youth of today. Some of the communicators and pastors which
have influenced my ministry are Andy Stanley, Dr. John Maxwell, Ed Young Jr., Doug Fields, and Bill
