Block-­‐level  data  were  used  to  compile  the  above  statistics  for  the  parts  of  Census  Tracts  47.02,  49.02,  58,  
59,  62.02,  and  101  that  fall  within  the  Downtown  DC  BID  boundary  in  Washington,  D.C.      
 
The  only  area  of  the  Downtown  DC  BID  that  is  located  in  Tract  49.02  is  the  Walter  E.  Washington  
Convention  Center  in  Blocks  2000,  2009,  and  2010.    The  residential  buildings  in  Block  2000  that  are  to  the  
immediate  east  of  the  Convention  Center  are  not  a  part  of  the  BID  and  were  not  included  in  this  analysis.
