liquid fillable for the more demanding applications.
Test Gauges: accuracy and sensitivity make them perfect to control, calibrate
and re-certificate the instruments. They work in testing laboratories and in all
the applications in which a very high precision is needed (0,25%). We have
them ready on stock together with the calibration certificate (referred to master
primary instrument).

Nel nostro moderno laboratorio siamo in grado di assemblare separatori di fluido su YO
manometri, pressostati e trasmettitori di pressione, per far fronte alle esigenze di misura
più difficili (con temperature estreme o fluidi aggressivi, corrosivi, eterogenei, abrasivi,
viscosi o tossici).
Questo ci permette di:
– assemblare e consegnare in una settimana dall’ordine strumenti disponibili nel nostro
magazzino
– effettuare montaggi di separatori su strumenti di fornitura del cliente in pochi giorni dal
ricevimento degli stessi
– sostituire i separatori di fluido danneggiati: ecco che lo strumento risulterà quindi pronto
per un nuovo ciclo di vita, evitando di dover sostituire l’insieme completo e permettendo
un notevole risparmio all’utilizzatore finale.
Il riempimento del circuito viene effettuato con un olio “FDA APPROVED”, così da renderlo
adatto anche a tutte le applicazioni alimentari, farmaceutiche e sanitarie. Per applicazioni
particolari con altissime o bassissime temperature, sono disponibili oli siliconici idonei.

È possibile anche il riempimento con fluido fluorurato, idoneo ad un impiego con agenti
fortemente ossidanti con il quale esiste il pericolo di reazioni chimiche, infiammabilità o
esplosione.
La scelta del separatore di fluido deve essere fatta in considerazione delle condizioni
di processo, del tipo di fluido, della temperatura e della pressione di lavoro, e di tutte le
variabili che intervengono durante l’utilizzo dello strumento (ad esempio la presenza di
pulsazioni ecc).
I nostri tecnici sono a completa disposizione per consigliare la combinazione ottimale per
ogni applicazione, per quanto riguarda la costruzione dei separatori a membrana,
i materiali, ed i liquidi di riempimento.
In our modern laboratory we are able to assemble diaphragm seals on pressure gauges,
switches and transmitters, to permit the measurement of pressure with the hardest
conditions (very high or low temperature, aggressive, corrosive, viscous, toxic medias).
The services we offer to our customers are:
– assembling and delivery in less than 1 working week of instruments available in
our stock
– mounting of diaphragm seals on customers’ instruments in few days
(e.g. customers send us their pressure transmitters and we assemble the diaphragm
seal according to their needs)
– replacement of damaged diaphragm seals: customers can save money by changing
only the diaphragm seal if the transmitter is still working
We usually fill in the diaphragm seals with “FDA APPROVED” oil that is adapt for sanitary,
pharmaceutical and food applications. Other filling oils are available for very high and low
temperatures or for particular applications.
