Who will be my point of contact on Day 1?

Who will be my point of contact during the Internship period?
You primary point of contact will be your Mentor (will be assigned to you on your joining)
However you can also contact Sucheta Pathak or Amit Bakshi from HR team
What will be the working hours / days?
9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Monday to Friday
What will be the Dress Code?
Monday to Thursday: Formal Wear
Friday: Smart Casuals
Does the Bank provide any assistance for initial stay / house search or hotel stay?
Bank will not be able to provide any assistance at this stage. You are required to kindly arrange
your stay on your own.
Will I be reimbursed for my flight / train cost for relocation to Mumbai?
Yes, we will reimburse your Air Fare (Economy Class) or Train travel (IInd AC Tier) from your
respective locations to Mumbai. You will need to fill the “Expense Claim Form” after your joining
for reimbursement. Please contact the HR representative for further details.
Can I choose a location of my choice for Internship?
Your projects are identified based on business requirements. The locations mentioned on your
offer letter cannot be changed.
How does my stipend get paid to me?
You will be paid through cheque by last working day of each month. We will also have an option
of transferring funds to your bank accounts. Please share your bank account details with HR.
Lunch
Currently we are not providing lunch in the bank for employees. However, we have pantry area
where you can eat home cooked food or in case you order a Tiffin box arrangement for yourself
from outside vendors. We also have some good eating joints around the premises.
Infrastructure / Workstation / Computer / Email ID
You will be allocated a dedicated work station and will be given a laptop or Desktop for official
use only.
You will have access to DBS Intranet and may be given access to Internet, if required. However
you will be governed by the IT Policy of the bank.
You will be given an email id for internal use only.
