The Hakko Nitrogen (N 2) soldering system is the ideal solu-

tion for all your LEAD-FREE hand-soldering applications.
The bench-top FX-780 Nitrogen Generator creates nitrogen
gas from filtered, dry compressed air and the
FX-791 Nitrogen Controller and FM-2026 Soldering Iron
delivers it efficiently and uniformly to the soldering area.
• Nozzle assembly delivers uniform nitrogen gas

to the soldering area
• The Nitrogen Flow can reduce or prevent
oxidation from forming during the soldering process
The complete Hakko N 2 soldering system consists

of either the FM-203 or FX-951 soldering station,

The rod-type ceramic heater provides high insulation

The Hakko FR-1418 BGA Rework System is
a low cost and flexible system designed for the
alignment and placement or removal of BGA,
µBGA, Flip Chip, CSP and other surface mount
components.
The FR-1418 provides precisely controlled and repeatable

solder reflow profiles. The system features a unique gantry
style construction, which allows the PCB to remain
stationary while the head moves to accomplish the
X, Y, Z, and Theta alignment. This design allows a
board capacity of 2 x 2 inches to 14 x 18 inches and

The Hakko FR-860 Preheat Plate provides fast,

solders, does not become a gas below 2,950° F.
