Respected Sir,

1. I am the legal wife of Shri.M.Rajendran s/o Munisamy, TM 850, Sr. Technician. /

without any just and valid reasons and he is living with his deceased brother’s
family (late Mr. M. Shaumugam, HS I fitter C&W/VM). I educated my son R.
Karthikeyan to an EEE diploma holder and daughter, R.Kalaivani to BBM degree

heavy loans from kith and kin.

husband on 30.6.1999 for which he gave a false reply notice dated 19.7.1999
through his advocate.

P.S.J’s court, Villupuram on 21.7.2009 without any just and valid reasons. I have
also filed suitable counter and the enquiry has been posted on many hearings. I
understand that he is secretly trying for his second marriage after getting divorce
order from court. He is also trying to escape his liability to any maintenance
amounts to me. It is his intention that I should not get any amount from him in
the event of his superannuation benefits to be held on 31.03.2012. I have also filed
interim alimony application u/s 24 of Hindu Marriage Act and later a memo was
filed into court to treat it u/s 25 for permanent alimony.
6. In order to escape his liability to pay any maintenance to me, he filed a memo into
court on 4.2.2011 through his lawyer stating that he intends to reunion with me by
seeking court’s permission to with draw the above divorce petition and to file a
petition for restitution of conjugal rights and the matter is posted on 28.4.2011
before A.S.J-I Court Villupuram on 28.4.2011. This will show my husband’s
ulterior motive.
7. My husband with full of mala fide intention and bad motive intention and bad
motive, is evading and prevent me from getting any maintenance from him and
also at the time of retirement and also pension benefits.
8. I am also herewith enclosing the Xerox copies of documents for your kind

necessary amounts from and out of his retirement benefits amounts. Further
suitable orders may be passed that I may be provided with a portion of pension
amounts of my husband in the event of his retirement. Otherwise, will be put too
much hardship and loss. My father is a pensioner and infirm persons and I am
with them.
