PPEA Conceptual Stage Proposal

Pursuant to Va. Code Sections 2.2-3705.6, 56-575.4(G), 56-575.17(A) (2), 56-575.17D and Section II D. of the
Montgomery County School Board Guidelines for Implementation of the Public-Private Educational Facilities
and Infrastructure Act of 2002, as amended, Firstfloor MCPS, LLC requests that the Montgomery County School
Board protect, exempt and exclude from public disclosure the portions of the Montgomery County School
Board PPEA Conceptual Stage Proposal marked as “Confidential Proprietary Information-Exempt from FOIA Re-
lease.” The marked and identified portions of the proposal for which the protection from disclosure is sought
contain confidential and proprietary materials, records, financial items and other information of Firstfloor
MCPS, LLC that are not generally available to the public through disclosure and/or confidential and proprietary
information, where the public disclosure of such materials, records, financial items and other information prior
to the execution of an interim or comprehensive agreement would adversely affect the financial interest and/
or the bargaining position of Firstfloor MCPS, LLC.
If the School Board is not prepared to grant the requested protection from public disclosure, or seeks to limit
the documents covered by the request, please contact me prior to any disclosure to discuss this matter further.

1d. Provide a current or most recently audited financial statement of the firm or firms and each partner with an equity inter-
est of twenty percent or greater.
Project Description
2a. Provide a description of the project, including the conceptual design. Describe the proposed project in sufficient detail
so that type and intent of the project, the location, and the communities that may be affected are clearly identified.
3a. Provide a preliminary estimate and estimating methodology of the cost of the work by phase, segment, or both.
