I, Roberta Kelly, stand in America’s United States •U.S. Constitution •Bill of Rights •Integrity
•Spirit •Letter •Due Process •Jurisprudence and the •Rule of Law
in opposition,

TO: Whom It Concerns, British Accredited Registry [BAR] practicing [subversion] the
•U.S. •Constitutional Republic’s good law,

RE: Institutionalized Double-speak et cetera eg coded non-full disclosure and non-

transparent, licensed and non-licensed exclusivity [ie Judges et al are not required an
active status; and/or, officially elected], vows to the U.S. Constitution?

A Double-speak was co-created as an institutionalized coded formula. A supportive

whole language was deliberately split and therefore fractured an ability for the individual’s
head to be well-balanced in choosing to communicate in a higher intelligent consciousness.
[The Boer’s concocted the same crime in South Africa.] It was and is a society chaos
manufactured intentionally to disadvantage cooperation [in the same species]. An apartheid.
In a Constitutional Republic the lack of language to be Self-Representative in the court
systems, communicated the current breach in the rule of law. In 2011, negotiations in the
courts with the full honor in due process: tragically, impotent.

America’s inequality is measured in the no less than one hundred [100] years of
fraudulent inducement. The U.S. majority of wealth is being transferred to a few and in the
climate of today it is easily done by those whom privately own the software technology. The
courts are reported to having lost great wealth, too. The many individuals get recycled in the
current modern system of digital no due process and it is through a few multi-billionaire-
trillionaires whom also sell the news. Shareholders alleging oaths to the United Nations and
wars, prisons, weapons, etc., globally the UN shareholders’ demand googles1 of revenue. A
Pro-Se is defined in Latin as self-representative. Double-speak it’s an ignorant sub-human, a
non-person and an unacceptable burden in and on the courts. The knowledgeable of the
actual definition of the word? Not an American majority and it’s doubtful the billions of earth
commoners understand. Why has Self-Representation been pre-branded court-speak skill-
less? Why are the many forced into discriminatory human powerlessness and furthermore,
then deprived of basic human rights? Moreover, citizens are provided language separation in
the majority and only BAR attorneys-at-law represent court-code-speak? The news-media is
a cementing of global unintelligence of Self-Representation as a cognizant human being?
