Debt Collector and the bank Wild

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Bank Indonesia (BI) reprimanded a number of banks


and credit card issuers who use the services of debt collectors when collecting delinquent
loans. BI can not regulate or set a code of ethics to oversee operations of billing in arrears by
debt collectors. BI deputy governor Budi Rochadi states, BI has been collecting the credit
card issuer and banking industry. "Thursday was to call them today and we have appealed to

Regarding service debt collectors and especially the rampant illegal Banks attractive public
funds is not a legal entity, either services or bank debt collectors must follow these wild with
