1. leadership

3. Parts Sales

- To coordinate sales activities from receipt of orders until the goods are shipped to

4. Section Administration

- Responsible for employee turnover

- Plan, coordinate and control of all administrative activities of the company.
- Ordering and Managing the procurement needs of companies related to the needs of the
office.

5. Parts Production

- Coordinate the activities of production so that production processes run smoothly

- Develop production plans and responsibilities of production targets with the approval of
the leadership
- Receive daily reports from the deputy head of the (supervisory) about the quality and
quantity of product produced
- Check supplies of raw materials for production plans which have been prepared
6. Deputy Head of Section:

Representative 1: Responsible for raw material and product-quality

Representative 2: We are responsible for starting the process of formulation of materials
into semi-finished goods.
Representative 3: Responsible for starting the process of semi-finished goods until the
process of packing and entered the warehouse.
