The 3R zero emission pyrolysis technology is providing added value recycling of
food grade animal bone meal and low moisture content manure from herbivorous ani
mals, - converted into refined bio-oil, high P content bone-char (biochar) natur
al fertilizer and liquid Nitrogen fertilizer. The output high value products€ca
rbon negative reused as natural soil fertilizers and green energy environmental
applications, such as transport quality bio fuel. €The 3R has been developed under
the European Union FP5, FP6, FP7 and CIP-Ecoinnovation€application oriented resea
rch schemes since 2002. The 3R is proven, demonstrated, validated and designed f
or full industrial scale with 20,000 t/y throughput capacity and ROI <3years. Th
